DESIRABLE SKILL SETS & KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- The CSR & Administrative Coordinator provides crucial support for both our Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives and daily office administration, ensuring smooth operations, positive Stakeholder engagement (customers, community), and effective project execution to align with our company's mission and values.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills & pleasing Personality with good interpersonal relations

- Co-ordinating with the external agencies / Govt. Officials/ Ministries/ Media.

- Should understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions.

- Encourage user-generated content and build relationships with influencers and followers.

- Should be efficient in dealing and interacting with Top Management

- Organizing an efficient filing system for maintaining confidential and important company documents

- Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Word, MS PowerPoint & MS Excel specifically)

- Exposure on coordinating Events / Workshops

- To act as the First Point of Contact for all the related Agencies

- To maximise publicity of Events / Activities, dealing with media partners & building brand visibility.

- Liaison with Govt. bodies for CSR project permission, clearance and validation as required during the project timeline.

Administrative Focus:

- Handle incoming calls, emails, and visitor inquiries professionally.

- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, book rooms, and arrange travel.

- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations (digital & paper).

- Assist with office supplies, Vendor management, and basic bookkeeping.

- Support senior management with administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Experience: Min 10 years in Administration, Customer service, or a related CSR role.

- Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills; ability to interact with diverse Stakeholders.

- Organization: Strong multitasking, planning, and time-management abilities.

- Tech Savvy: Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management software.

- Soft Skills: Proactive, detail-oriented, problem-solver, collaborative, and passionate about social impact.
