Education & Experience:

- Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).

- 1+ years of proven experience in B2B corporate sales, preferably in IT hardware (laptops, mobiles, or related products).

Role Overview:

As an Assistant Manager - Corporate Sales, you will be responsible for driving B2B sales of laptops, mobiles, and related solutions to corporate clients. You will manage client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and ensure revenue growth by delivering tailored solutions to meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Sales:

- Identify and acquire new corporate clients for laptops, mobiles, and related IT products.

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

- Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and emerging trends.

- Prepare and deliver customized proposals, quotations, and presentations to clients.

Client Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, ensuring long-term partnerships.

- Act as the primary point of contact for client queries, negotiations, and escalations.

- Provide consultative solutions to clients based on their IT hardware requirements.

Sales Operations & Reporting:

- Track sales performance, pipeline, and conversion ratios.

- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, proposals, and contracts.

- Prepare MIS reports and dashboards for management review.

- Collaborate with internal teams (logistics, finance, service) to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

Strategic Initiatives:

- Support corporate sales campaigns, promotional activities, and product launches.

- Contribute to pricing strategies and competitive positioning in the B2B market.

- Drive cross-selling and upselling opportunities across product categories.

Skills & Competencies:

- Strong knowledge of B2B sales processes and corporate client management.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Ability to build and sustain long-term client relationships.

- Proactive, target-driven, and resilient in a competitive market.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
