Responsibilities :
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in reviewing/analyzing accounts and documents, ensuring appropriate treatment in line with established SOPs and processes.
- Deliver accurate and high-quality final work products, including consolidated reports and responses for stakeholders.
- Serve as a primary contact for designated processes, collaborating with attorneys, paralegals, and other stakeholders to resolve queries and streamline team understanding.
- Conduct quality checks (2nd/3rd level reviews) using sampling and other methods to ensure accuracy and compliance across processes.
- Maintain MIS for assigned processes, ensuring effective work allocation, prioritization, and continuous improvement of efficiency.
EDUCATION : Bachelor's or Master's FIELD OF STUDY: LLB (Law)
EXPERIENCE : 5+ years CERTIFICATION(S) : Certification(s) required
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND OTHER ATTRIBUTES :
- Good understanding of legal terminology
- Exposure of US legal system and providing legal services
- Ability to collaborate with offshore & onshore stakeholders
