Assistant Manager - Control Tower Job purpose: To plan and carry out analysis for performance improvement of City Logistics operations - creation of reports, analysis of the data and presenting the same for decision making. Maintain and develop key matrices to monitor and improve Last mile and First Mile operations performance 2. Problem solving and Ideation for improved performance of Supply chain. 3. Monitor and report on activities and provide relevant management information. 4. Drive short/mid/long term projects for improvement in operations processes in collaboration with Design, Product, Tech, Analytics and all other stakeholder functions 5.
