We're looking for a strategic and hands-on Assistant Manager - Content to lead content creation, distribution, and team operations. If you're a B2B content marketer with a knack for storytelling, a passion for growth, and the ability to lead and mentor a team-this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Content Strategy & Execution

- Research, ideate, and create high-quality long-form and short-form content: blogs, whitepapers, case studies, thought leadership, press releases, and marketing collateral.

- Develop and maintain a content calendar aligned with business goals and campaigns.


- Create funnel-specific content across TOFU, MOFU, and BOFU stages to support lead generation and conversion.

Team Leadership & Management

- Lead and mentor a small team of writers, freelancers, or content contributors.

- Review, edit, and provide feedback to ensure high-quality, on-brand output.

- Assign tasks, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of content projects.

- Foster a culture of creativity, accountability, and continuous improvement.

- Marketing Collaboration & Distribution

- Partner with the marketing team to deliver content for social media, email nurture campaigns, videos, and other assets.

- Own and grow Reddit as a high-value content distribution and engagement channel.

- Ensure all content follows SEO best practices, brand tone, and editorial standards.

Performance & Optimization


- Monitor content performance and optimize for traffic, engagement, and conversion.

- Help achieve predefined organic traffic and content-led KPIs.

What We're Looking For

- 4+ years of writing experience, including at least 2 years in B2B/SaaS content marketing.

- Prior experience managing or mentoring writers or content teams.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Excellent copywriting and storytelling abilities.

- Ability to manage deadlines and juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Analytical mindset with an eye for detail and performance metrics.

- A hustler attitude with a bias for execution and growth.

Key responsibilities:

- Research, ideate and develop long-form and short-form content such as articles, blogs, white papers, case studies, press communication, thought-leadership insights, marketing campaigns and collateral.

- Develop a content calendar and manage content generation targets in line with the organisation wide content strategy.

- Deliver content for various stages of the Buyer's Journey - TOFU, MOFU and BOFU

- Help the marketing team to devise and execute the marketing activities by providing content for social media, nurture campaigns, videos, etc.

- Build and own Reddit as a distribution channel for brand content

- Ensure all content is in line with SEO standards and practices.

- Quality check the content to ensure it is free of grammatical or factual errors and follows all brand editorial guidelines for consistency.

- Ensure targeted delivery of content and meet predefined organic KRAs.

Ideal Candidate:

- 4+ years of overall writing experience, including at least 2 years specifically in B2B content writing or as a SaaS content writer.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Excellent copywriting skills.

- Exceptional ideation, research, and writing abilities.

- Ability to work under tight deadlines.

- Hustler attitude to work
