We are looking for a highly motivated and relationship-driven Senior Client Servicing Manager to lead client communication, manage key accounts, and ensure seamless event delivery. The ideal candidate should have strong connections on LinkedIn, outstanding communication and presentation skills, and the ability to convert meetings into long-term client relationships. This role requires a balance of client management, project ownership, and coordination with internal teams to deliver exceptional event experiences.Key
Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients - understanding their business objectives, event goals, and creative needs.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships, ensuring repeat business and high satisfaction levels.
- Convert one-time event inquiries into ongoing partnerships or retainer accounts.
- Proactively engage with clients through regular follow-ups, presentations, and updates.
- Represent the company professionally on LinkedIn and industry networks to attract new clients and opportunities.
Project & Event Management
- Oversee end-to-end project execution - from concept development to event delivery.
- Collaborate closely with the creative, production, and operations teams to ensure the client's vision is executed perfectly.
- Create and manage event timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Ensure high-quality execution while maintaining profitability and efficiency.
- Handle on-ground coordination when required, ensuring smooth client and internal communication.
Business Growth & Strategy
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through LinkedIn networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
- Develop persuasive presentations, proposals, and pitch decks for new clients.
- Understand client industries, upcoming events, and marketing trends to suggest proactive event solutions.
- Support management in developing client retention strategies and upselling opportunities.
Team & Communication
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure clarity on client requirements and deliverables.
- Mentor junior client servicing executives and ensure high service standards across accounts.
- Maintain internal reports, client briefs, and documentation for every project.
- Conduct post-event evaluations and client feedback sessions to ensure continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Marketing, Event Management, Communications, or a related field.
- 6-9 years of experience in client servicing or account management in the event management or experiential marketing industry.
- Strong professional presence on LinkedIn with proven ability to network and generate leads.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Hands-on experience managing corporate events, brand activations, and government projects.
- Solid project management and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM/project management tools.Preferred Attributes:
