Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Assistant Manager to spearhead complex project delivery within our Capital Markets division. In this role, you will act as the bridge between technical development teams and business stakeholders, ensuring that high-stakes financial platforms are delivered with precision and efficiency. You will navigate the intricacies of trade lifecycles, regulatory reporting, and risk management systems, translating complex business requirements into actionable project roadmaps. By fostering collaboration across cross-functional teams and maintaining rigorous oversight of project health, you will directly influence the scalability of our financial infrastructure and the overall efficiency of our market operations. This role offers the flexibility of working from anywhere in India while maintaining deep engagement with global stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles by defining scope, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure seamless delivery of capital market solutions for internal business units.

- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, to maintain team velocity and ensure alignment with project milestones.

- Manage project backlogs and documentation within Jira, ensuring transparency and real-time tracking of deliverables for senior leadership and stakeholders.

- Mitigate project risks and resolve bottlenecks by proactively identifying dependencies and coordinating with cross-functional teams to maintain momentum.

- Translate complex financial business requirements into technical specifications to ensure that development teams build solutions that meet regulatory and market standards.

- Monitor project KPIs and performance metrics to provide data-driven insights that inform strategic decision-making and process improvements.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in managing large-scale projects within the Capital Markets domain, with a deep understanding of financial instruments, trade processing, and market infrastructure.

- Proven ability to drive Agile delivery frameworks, utilizing Jira as a primary tool for task management, reporting, and team collaboration.

- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical business partners and influence decision-making at the management level.

- Strong analytical mindset, capable of identifying operational inefficiencies and implementing process improvements that enhance project delivery speed and quality.

- Ability to thrive in a remote or distributed work environment, maintaining high levels of self-motivation and accountability while coordinating with geographically dispersed teams.
