Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram for an Associate Manager - Business Transformation. The Associate Manager will be responsible for managing business transformation projects, monitoring progress, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing business processes, coordinating with cross-functional teams, implementing change management strategies, and providing regular updates to senior management. Working days - 5 days working, work from office Key Skills & Competencies - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into business actions. - Must have experience in Advanced analytics, Predictive modelling and Forecasting. - Proficiency in SQL, PYTHON and any other advanced analytical tools - Strong business acumen and ability to understand industry dynamics, including go-to-market strategies and distribution excellence. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience in working across functions. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-impact environment with a structured and detail-oriented approach.
