Job Description:
- Track customer contract obligations and coordinate with Operations teams for timely compliance.
- Prepare investor, lender, and project-level reports and dashboards.
- Support equity and debt fundraising activities, including financial models and due diligence.
- Monitor project and business unit economics, profitability, and key financial metrics.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning.
- Partner with cross-functional teams and leadership to provide financial insights and support business decisions.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA from a Tier-1 institution (IIMs, ISB, FMS, XLRI, SPJIMR, IITs, or equivalent).
- 3 - 6 years Corporate Finance / FP&A finance experience, preferably in startups, investment banking, strategic finance, or impact-driven organizations.
- Strong understanding of finance, accounting, budgeting, and corporate governance.
- Experience with international projects, multi-currency accounting, and donor/funder reporting is a plus.
- Proficiency in financial systems and ERP tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
