Pricing & Commercial Policy - Tracking Competition Sell Out Pricing & Promotions - Competition benchmarking on Commercial Policy and Process - Regular reporting to Management on price positioning 2. GL Accounts Review - Monthly review of expenses - Monthly update on SG&A - Budget Vs Actuals - Ensuring expenses are incurred within the approved budget at the Zonal/ Regional level 3. Reconciliation & Analysis - Establishing P.O. based payments at Zonal Office - Vendor reconciliation - Credit Note/ Debit Note - Pre & Post reconciliation of scheme effectiveness - Financial analysis on various zonal/regional level activities 4.
