Role Overview:

The Assistant Manager - Business Finance will serve as a critical link between financial data and strategic business operations.

In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, supply chain, and senior leadership, to provide actionable financial insights.

You will be responsible for translating complex datasets into clear performance metrics, ensuring that the organization maintains fiscal discipline while identifying opportunities for profitability and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and analyze comprehensive MIS reports to track key performance indicators and support management in data-backed decision-making.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated proficiency in financial accounting principles and the ability to manage complex financial datasets with high attention to detail.

- Strong technical aptitude for leveraging Artificial Intelligence tools and advanced Excel functions to streamline financial reporting and data visualization.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex financial insights to non-finance stakeholders and senior management.
