We have an urgent opening for Assistant Manager Business Development.

Job Summary:
- As an Assistant Manager Business Development, you will play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
- The ideal candidate for this position should have a minimum of 3+ years of experience as an account manager.
- You will be responsible for prospecting potential clients, understanding their business needs, and presenting them with tailored solutions that align with our products/services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to achieve growth targets and expand the recruitment agency's market presence.
- Get a contract, permanent Staffing Requirements, and close positions.
-Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients, industries, and markets to generate new business leads and opportunities.
- Develop and sustain effective new business relationships with accounts/clients and independently handle staffing business.
- Set up meetings between client decision-makers and the company's practice leaders/Principals.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in client organisations to understand their recruitment needs and position the agency as a trusted talent acquisition partner.
- Solution Selling: Present and promote the agency's services to clients, offering customized recruitment solutions that align with their specific requirements.
- Proposal Creation: Prepare compelling and persuasive proposals, RFPs (Request for Proposals), and presentations for potential clients.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to gain a competitive edge.
- Networking: Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to expand the agency's network, build relationships, and generate new leads.
- Contract Negotiation: Negotiate terms, conditions, and pricing with clients, ensuring a win-win outcome for both parties.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to ensure a smooth handover of new clients and their requirements.
