Our Client is a Global Beverages Company having Joint Venture with one of the largest Indian Conglomerate and running Quick Service Restaurants Chain in India. One of the most prominent Names within the QSR Retail Chains and preferred employer of Choice to work with.

About the Role

This role delves into the pivotal aspects of a business growth, highlighting their involvement in new property identification & acquisition, negotiations, crisis management, overseeing & ensuring timely future pipeline creation of the Zone / Region / Territory assigned and the forward-looking approaches of strategic business forecasting. By unpacking these key areas, we gain a deeper understanding of how AM - BD contribute to shaping robust, responsive, and competitive Business in today's industrially advanced landscape.

Team Individual Contributor Role

Reports to Regional Head - Business Development

Job Objective & Key Interactions

- Identify for suitable new properties basis the expansion plan

- Network with brokers, consultants, developers and landlords for sourcing suitable properties

- Conduct pre-feasibility analysis of site - Real estate factors, Business estimate, suitability of project requirements, basic legal papers & licenses

- Negotiation & closure of all deliverables for sites suitable for existing and new upcoming projects

- Presentation of site feasibility package to Regional Manager Business Development

- Work on completing due diligence and legal agreements of deals

- Ensure all landlord deliverables like due diligence, agreement signing, project deliverables pre & post construction are met

- Handle any marketing promotions tactical support required for store opening

- Asset management - Resolve any landlord related issues for operational stores in the territory

- Handle document management system to maintain records of key approvals on properties

Skills / Knowledge

- Strong market updates, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills are essential preferably dealt / handled Real Estate Developers / Landlords and Corporate Leadership / Founder Driven People and filled the bridge for both the sides

- Prior working experience within in QSR / Food and Beverages / Retail / Real Estate broking firms / Property Management Companies or similar environment, will have added advantages.

- Should be willing to work in dynamic and changing environment.

- Good understanding to work on ERP / CRM / MIS tools is required.

- Ability to explain numbers with proper analysis and justification

- PRIOR WORKING EXPERIENCE WITHIN THE DELHI / NCR LOCAL MARKET IS MUST.

Education & Experience

- Professionally qualified having Post Graduate Diploma/Degree from well-regarded institutes in Sales / Marketing

- Minimum 2-3 years of experience within in managing Regional roles.

- Evaluate bandwidth and capability gaps; define optimized workflows to improve coordination and accountability.

- Identify and mitigate bottlenecks across supply chain, planning, and manufacturing operations.

- Establish clear review mechanisms, performance dashboards, and progress tracking for ramp milestones
