Assistant Manager - Business Banking

- Manage a portfolio of Business Banking clients through virtual relationship management, ensuring consistent engagement and high client satisfaction.

- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned portfolio to achieve growth targets.

- Proactively cross-sell a range of banking products, including deposits, trade finance, lending, and cash management solutions.

- Conduct regular portfolio reviews to assess client needs, monitor performance, and mitigate risks.

- Provide timely financial advice and solutions tailored to clients' business requirements.

- Coordinate with internal teams (Credit, Operations, Product, and Compliance) to ensure smooth and timely delivery of banking services.

- Ensure all client interactions comply with internal policies, regulatory guidelines, and KYC/AML standards.

- Monitor client account behavior and ensure early identification of potential credit risks.

- Maintain accurate records of client communications, sales activities, and account updates in CRM systems.

- Support business growth initiatives and campaigns through digital channels.

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field (Master's preferred).

- 4-6 years of relevant experience in Business Banking, SME Banking, or Relationship Management.

- Strong understanding of banking products, services, and financial statements.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Proven ability to manage client relationships effectively in a virtual or remote setup.

- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office applications.

- Sound knowledge of banking compliance, risk management, and regulatory frameworks.
