Key Responsibilities:

- Support the end-to-end rollout of brand campaigns across print, digital, and retail environments.

- Coordinate the brand marketing calendar, including festive launches, new collection drops, and regional activations.

- Work with creative, digital, and retail teams to ensure timely execution of all brand initiatives.

- Collaborate with design and merchandising teams on product naming, packaging, and storytelling.

- Assist in new collection launches by providing marketing inputs, managing sample coordination, and planning content.

- Develop internal brand assets including product decks, look books, and training tools.

- Ensure consistency in brand identity and communication across all online and offline touchpoints.

- Help align in-store storytelling with digital and social campaigns.

- Coordinate with the CRM, social, and e-commerce teams for campaign support and content execution.

- Track campaign effectiveness through weekly reports on reach, engagement, sales, and customer feedback.

- Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to inform brand strategies.

- Serve as a key liaison between brand, creative, media, PR, retail operations, and digital teams.

- Ensure smooth project flow by securing timely inputs and approvals across departments.

- Support influencer and festive marketing initiatives.

- Assist with CRM campaigns and strategic content for customer engagement.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

- 5-8 years of total experience with 35 years of experience in brand marketing.

- Background in lifestyle, fashion, luxury, or retail is highly desirable.

- Strong project management and organizational skills.

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.

- A keen eye for detail, design aesthetics, and storytelling.

- Experience in campaign planning, content briefing, and cross-functional coordination.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment managing multiple parallel projects
