About the Role:
- We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager - Auto Loan Sales to drive our auto loan business across the designated territories of Ambala, Delhi, and Vidisha.
- You will be responsible for leading a team of off-roll Sales DMAs (Direct Marketing Agents), achieving ambitious sales targets, ensuring compliance with documentation, and nurturing strong relationships with our dealership partners.
- This is a critical role that blends team management, sales strategy execution, and adherence to company policy.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Management & Target Achievement
- Team Leadership: Manage a team of off-roll Sales DMAs to ensure high-performance sales and market penetration at assigned dealerships, consistently meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly targets.
- Sales Execution: Drive the sale of finance schemes to customers both within the dealership premises and through external channels (Web, Tele, Rural leads) to achieve set targets.
- Lead Conversion: Oversee the effective management and follow-up of open inquiries and ensure high conversion rates for all leads (Web/Tele/Rural).
- Productivity & Training: Maintain and actively improve the productivity of the DMAs through regular coaching, motivation, and ensuring they understand and can clearly explain all finance schemes to customers.
- Reporting: Keep the Area Sales Manager (ASM) updated daily on targets versus achievements and provide necessary market intelligence.
- Dealership Management & Relationship - Partnership: Maintain and proactively improve the relationship with the assigned dealer(s), acting as the primary point of contact to address all issues, queries, and operational matters on a daily basis.
- Network Visit: Conduct regular visits to assigned ASC (Authorized Service Center) locations and Dealer Branches to ensure operational efficiency and strong partnership.
- Competition Monitoring: Regularly monitor competition activity within the dealership and the general location to inform strategy.
Compliance & Documentation:
- Verification: Ensure all customer documents (KYC, personal information) received through DMAs are rigorously verified in their originals at the ASC location, strictly in line with company policy.
- System Entry: Ensure DMAs accurately scan and fill various customer details in the ICAS system immediately upon verification.
- TAT Adherence: Ensure the physical agreement and repayment instruments are dispatched within the prescribed Turn Around Time (TAT).
- Process Efficiency: Maintain TAT for case decision-making and ensure a speedy disbursement process.
- Cash Handling: Oversee and manage the DCC (Daily Cash Collection) Cash Deposition process.
Post-Disbursement & Collections:
- Resolution: Ensure the timely collection of Registration Certificates (RCs).
- Asset Management: Drive the resolution of Femi (First EMI bounce) and Non-Starter cases on a regular basis as per the defined targets.
Required Qualifications:
- Education: Full-time MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree is mandatory.
- Experience: 4 to 7 years of total experience, with significant experience in Auto Loans or retail asset financing (, two-wheeler, used car, or tractor finance).
- Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of the auto loan ecosystem, documentation processes, and sales best practices within a financial institution.
- Team Handling: Proven experience in managing and mentoring an off-roll sales team (DMAs/DSAs).
