Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin Assistant Manager to support day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations across branch office functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing rental agreements, managing projects, coordinating vendors, and ensuring compliance with administrative policies. Strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Rental Agreement Process:


- Oversee the end-to-end rental agreement process, including documentation, renewals, and compliance.


- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely contract updates.

2. Project Coordination:


- Assist in planning and coordinating projects across various departments.


- Monitor project timelines and provide administrative support to ensure deadlines are met.

3. Vendor Management:


- Manage relationships with vendors, ensuring timely procurement and service delivery.


- Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with company policies.

4. Project Procurement:


- Assist in procuring necessary resources and materials for ongoing projects.


- Maintain procurement records and track budget allocations.

5. Administrative Compliance:


- Ensure all administrative processes align with company policies and regulatory requirements.


- Maintain and update company records, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.

Minimum Requirements:

- Education: Graduate/Post Graduate

- Years of Experience: 5 to 7 years

- Technical Skills:


- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).


- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Attention to Detail: Ability to manage multiple tasks with a high level of accuracy.

- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Prior experience in administration, procurement, or vendor management is a plus.

- Experience in managing contracts and compliance processes.
