Experience (3-4 years) of relevant actuarial experience in an insurance / financial - services business  - Experience of preparing and documenting simple computer programmes and models to clearly defined requirements  - Experience of numerical analysis and data manipulation using a range of systems and actuarial tools  Knowledge;  - Actuarial trainee with up to 12 credits (equivalent to 11 Actuarial examinations), will be a student member of the Institute or Faculty of Actuaries and / or Indian Institute of Actuaries  - Detailed knowledge of at least one function / team within Actuarial and ability to deliver on assigned tasks independently  - Working knowledge of significant regulatory processes within Prudential UK operations  - Working knowledge of insurance industry related products  - Working knowledge of the financial services regulatory and legislatory frameworks  - Understanding of the Statements of Principle and Code of Practice
