Key Responsibilities:

- Preparation and analysis of MIS reports including monthly financial reports, variance analysis, and management dashboards.

- Handling GST compliance, including preparation and filing of GST returns, reconciliation, and ensuring adherence to statutory regulations.

- Managing TDS calculations, deductions, and return filings, along with reconciliation and compliance with applicable tax laws.

- Responsible for direct and indirect taxation matters, ensuring timely compliance and documentation.

- Maintenance of books of accounts, journal entries, and ledger scrutiny in accordance with accounting standards.

- Preparation and analysis of Profit & Loss statements and other financial statements.

- Conducting financial reconciliations including bank, vendor, and customer accounts.

- Supporting financial audits, statutory audits, and internal audits by providing necessary documentation and reports.

- Ensuring compliance with accounting policies, statutory requirements, and internal controls.

- Coordinating with internal teams and external consultants for smooth financial operations.

Key Skills:

- Strong knowledge of Accounting, GST, TDS, and Taxation

- Experience in MIS reporting and financial analysis

- Good understanding of P&L and financial statements

- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software

- Strong analytical and communication skills
