Assistant General Manager/General Manager/Head - Internal Audit - CA

Role: Head - Internal Audit (AGM/GM level)

Location: Mumbai

Qualifications - Chartered Accountant

Experience - minimum 12 to 15 years post qualification experience

Job Description:

- Effectively report audit findings to management, including on-going corrective / preventive actions, and the effectiveness of those actions put into practice.

- Conduct process audits across all internal departments to measure compliance against documented processes.

- Maintain and update the quality management system, including procedure enhancements and overall process control.

- Assist in improving the efficiency levels and improving control environment

- Monitoring implementation of existing / new policies, processes and IT modules

- Test and report effectiveness of controls.

- Monitor early warning reports and identify risks

- Report non-compliance and deviation and assure safeguards

- Business Assurance exposure would be an added advantage.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Should have work experience in the Banking and Financial domain with experience in RBI Reporting etc. IRDA experience will be an added advantage.

- Good analytical, organizational, collaborative and communication skills are pre-requisites for this role.

- Good leadership and team management skills

- Should be willing to travel.
