About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced AGM - Yarn Exports to drive international business growth across Europe and UK markets. The role will focus on client acquisition, relationship management, order execution, and ensuring compliance with global trade practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage relationships with European and UK clients, distributors, and agents.
- Drive export sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and enhancing existing accounts.
- Oversee export order execution, including pricing, contracts, and customer service.
- Coordinate with production and logistics to ensure timely fulfillment of international orders.
- Ensure compliance with export documentation, certifications, and trade regulations.
- Participate in international trade fairs and exhibitions to enhance market presence.
- Track competitor activity and provide market intelligence to leadership.
Qualifications & Experience:
- MBA/PGDM in International Business / Marketing.
- 10-15 years of experience in yarn exports, with strong exposure to UK/Europe.
- In-depth knowledge of export compliance, logistics, and yarn industry trends.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
