Assistant General Manager - Technical Operations - Plant

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end Engineering & Technical Operations across premium Grade-A commercial developments.

- Manage mission-critical infrastructure including 33/66 KV Substations, HT/LT Distribution, Transformers, DG Systems, HVAC, Chiller Plants, BMS/IBMS, STP/WTP, Fire & Life Safety Systems, and Utility Networks.

- Oversee Central Utility Plants (CUP), District Cooling Systems, Central Chilled Water Plants, and campus-wide engineering infrastructure.

- Drive preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs to ensure maximum asset reliability.

- Lead CAPEX planning, OPEX optimization, energy management, and sustainability initiatives.

- Manage engineering teams, contractors, and technical service partners while ensuring SLA adherence.

- Support tenant engineering, fit-out approvals, technical due diligence, commissioning, and operational readiness.

- Ensure statutory compliance, technical audits, safety standards, and engineering governance across the portfolio.

- Drive continuous improvement, asset lifecycle management, and operational excellence.

- BMS / IBMS

- Fire & Life Safety Systems

- STP / WTP

- Utility Tunnels

- Energy Management Systems

- Tenant Engineering & Technical Fit-Outs

Qualification:

- B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Mechanical, Electrical & Electronics, or Instrumentation Engineering.

- MBA or relevant certifications (preferred).

Experience:

- 15- 20 years in Technical Operations / Engineering Services.

- At least 5 years in a leadership role managing large commercial or mixed-use developments.
