Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead the Talent Acquisition function at the AGM level. The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment operations with a strong focus on volume hiring, while also contributing to key HRBP initiatives. The incumbent will work closely with senior stakeholders to drive strategic workforce planning and talent delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the overall Talent Acquisition strategy and execution for the organization.
- Handle ~100 hires annually (YOY) across levels and functions, ensuring high-quality and timely closures.
- Manage 80% Talent Acquisition and 20% HRBP responsibilities, contributing to broader HR initiatives.
- Partner with business leaders and stakeholders to understand workforce requirements and align recruitment strategies accordingly.
- Drive employer branding, campus hiring, and sourcing innovation to build a sustainable talent pipeline.
- Mentor and guide the TA team (currently 1 member) and manage dotted-line resources as needed.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, manpower budgets, and process governance.
- Collaborate with the HRBP team on talent planning, retention, and internal mobility initiatives.
- Leverage data and analytics to drive insights on recruitment effectiveness and process improvements.
Candidate Profile:
Experience: Minimum 15 years of total experience with significant exposure to corporate HR and high-volume hiring environments.
Background: Preference for candidates from manufacturing, automotive, or large-scale industrial setups.
Skills:
- Strong stakeholder management and business partnering capabilities.
- Proven ability to manage large-scale hiring independently.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Experience in handling end-to-end recruitment operations with strategic oversight.
