
Role Overview:
You will be responsible for developing and executing innovative talent acquisition strategies, managing a team of recruiters, and partnering closely with hiring managers across various departments. Your efforts will directly impact our ability to build high-performing teams, foster a culture of excellence, and achieve our strategic business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with the organization's business goals, ensuring a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their talent needs, define job requirements, and develop effective sourcing and selection strategies.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews, extending offers, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
- Utilize various sourcing channels, including online job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals, to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and optimize the talent acquisition process.
Required Skillset:
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful talent acquisition strategies that align with business objectives.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively interact with candidates, hiring managers, and senior leadership.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, employment laws, and industry trends.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.
- Ability to analyze data and metrics to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Adaptable to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- 12-18 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and Talent Management.
