Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition Management
- Plan and oversee all recruitment activities.
- Ensure hiring is completed within timelines (TAT) and as per SLAs.
- Use and improve SAP SuccessFactors for recruitment.
- Handle niche and campus hiring.
- Ensure quality, cost control, and compliance in all hiring.
Process Improvement
- Identify gaps in hiring processes.
- Improve and update SOPs and process guides.
- Ensure audit compliance and efficiency.
Team Management
- Set performance goals and review progress.
- Train and mentor team members.
- Focus on engagement and reducing attrition.
Stakeholder Management
- Coordinate with Business HR, CHROs, and Hiring Managers.
- Address concerns and ensure alignment with business needs.
- Maintain strong internal communication and satisfaction.
Audits & Governance
- Support internal and external audits.
- Maintain documentation and governance processes.
Reporting & Analytics
- Prepare and share MIS reports and dashboards on hiring performance.
- Track and present key metrics (like SLA, TAT, quality).

Education & Experience
- MBA (HR) with 15+ years or Graduate (BCom/M.Com) with 20+ years of recruitment experience.
- Strong in MS Office (Excel, PPT, Word).
- ERP/SAP SuccessFactors knowledge preferred.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
