Role Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic Head - Talent Acquisition (AGM Level) to lead end-to-end recruitment for our organization. The role involves 80% Talent Acquisition and 20% HR Business Partnering, focusing on driving corporate hiring excellence, stakeholder management, and team leadership.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in corporate HR, managing high-volume hiring (around 100 hires annually), and partnering closely with senior leaders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the overall Talent Acquisition strategy and execution across functions.
- Manage approximately 100 hires per year (lateral, campus, and volume hiring).
- Partner with business heads to forecast and fulfill manpower requirements.
- Drive employer branding, process improvements, and recruitment analytics.
- Oversee vendor management, cost optimization, and compliance in hiring.
- Support HRBP activities such as engagement, workforce planning, and performance discussions.
- Guide and mentor a small TA team and coordinate with dotted-line teams.
Candidate Profile:
- 15+ years of experience in HR, with a strong focus on Talent Acquisition in corporate environments.
- Proven track record in volume hiring and stakeholder management.
- Exposure to HRBP responsibilities (approx. 20% of role).
- Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
- Preferably a male candidate with experience working in large business setups.
