Assistant General Manager - Supply Chain - Warehouse & Third Party Logistics - Beauty/Personal Care Business

AGM - Supply Chain (Warehouse & 3PL) | Mumbai

We are looking for an experienced AGM - Supply Chain to lead warehousing, 3PL operations, and logistics for a fast-growing beauty brand based in Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end warehouse operations and 3PL partners, ensuring high service levels and cost efficiency.

- Oversee inventory management, order fulfillment, dispatch, and last-mile logistics across D2C, marketplaces, and retail channels.

- Drive logistics planning, SLA adherence, process improvements, and cost optimization.

- Collaborate with Procurement, Demand Planning, Customer Experience, and Sales teams to ensure seamless supply chain operations.

- Track KPIs, resolve operational bottlenecks, and lead continuous improvement initiatives.

Ideal Candidate:

- 8-12 years of experience in supply chain, warehousing, and logistics.

- Strong exposure to beauty, personal care, FMCG, or D2C brands.

- Hands-on experience managing 3PL partners and warehouse operations.

- Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.
