- Conduct deep analysis in the focus areas, derive insights and make recommendations in line with the overall Group strategy
- Keep abreast of global trends, key business and regulatory updates in focus areas and track the competitive space
- Contribute in brainstorming and ideation sessions, bringing forth relevant ideas and insights, clearly outlining the "so what" from the same
- Prepare key executive level documents to showcase relevant insights and imperatives, as part of the overall Group Strategy
- Identify new business opportunities (both organic and inorganic)/ potential partnerships/ acquisitions and evaluate the strategic viability and fit in the existing/future planned portfolio
- Facilitate the high-quality execution of the Group strategy in Group Companies
- Support the Group Companies in their strategy formulation and annual operating plans as required
- Establish and Monitor key metrics to evaluate strategic and operational performance of business entities
Qualifications & Experience:
- Overall 7-10 years of experience, Consulting experience preferred
- MBA from reputed institute
- Understanding in areas such as strategic corporate planning, top line growth, cost management, portfolio strategy etc.
- Sectoral exposure in the areas of Insurance (General and Life) and Financial Services strongly preferred
