Key Requirements:
- Formulating Entry strategy into new businesses
- Spot the ongoing trend in business both in India and abroad
- Develop comprehensive business cases for organic and inorganic growth initiatives (e.g., new market entry, product launches, partnerships, or acquisitions /JV Technology alliances).
- Identify and evaluate strategic adjacencies and diversification opportunities.
- Market sizing of New business /and products
- Formulate Go to Market strategy
- Working with strategy & Business consulting firms /Investment banking firms both in India or abroad.
- Business and Profitability analysis of Existing business verticals
- The role also involves cross-functional collaboration, working closely with SBU heads strategic planning, market research,
- Exposure in M&A Explore new JV partner / alliances etc.
- Evaluating Target companies for acquisition/ valuation /Financial Modelling
- Commercial and Business Due diligence
