AGM - Power Electronics (Strategic Sourcing)

- Leadership and Development : Overall accountability for Power Electronic Commodity strategic sourcing. Implement best-in-class Sourcing strategies, policies, and practices to enhance organizational efficiency and performance by adhering to QCDDM.

- Operational and Tactical Management : Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with key suppliers, negotiating terms to ensure value for money, compliance, and alignment with technical and operational requirements. Design and execute negotiation strategies to secure optimal terms while maintaining strong supplier partnerships for the Chassis parts.

- Leadership and Team Development : Facilitate seamless communication within and across teams to - enable effective collaboration and the implementation of transformative initiatives. Design and implement an optimal organizational structure, resource allocation, and team culture to support business objectives and Internal & external customer expectations.

- Financial and Budgetary Oversight : Own the Sourcing and cost-estimating budgets, ensuring robust cost settlement and alignment with strategic goals. Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and capital expenditure proposals, ensuring adherence to regulatory and customer requirements.

- Stakeholder Engagement and Relationship Management : Build and nurture strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to optimize procurement outcomes. Collaborate with stakeholders to address market fluctuations and their impact on procurement strategies, providing innovative and cost-effective solutions that do not compromise quality or service.

- Product Knowledge: DC-DC, Aux Inverter, PDU, 5-IN-1, 4-IN-1, 3-IN-1(OBC, PDU, DC-DC),

- Instrument Cluster, Infotainment System, HV System & Lighting.

Preferred candidate profile

- Engineering with 15+ years of experience in Power Electronics Strategic Sourcing. Preferably from the Electric Vehicle Manufacturing Industry.
