Assistant General Manager - Store Operations - South

Job description: AGM - Store Operations (South India)

The AGM - Store Operations will lead and manage end-to-end retail operations for COCO stores across South India, ensuring operational excellence, sales growth, people productivity, and strong brand execution across a large store network.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee day-to-day operations of COCO stores across South India.

- Drive sales performance, customer experience, and SOP compliance.

- Manage store manpower, including staffing, training, and performance.

- Coordinate with HO teams for merchandising, replenishment, and inventory planning.

- Support new store openings and regional expansion initiatives.

- Ensure VM execution and regional marketing alignment as per brand guidelines.

- Oversee regional warehouse operations and inventory control.

- Prepare and review weekly/monthly sales and MIS reports.

Key Requirements:

- 15+ years of experience in fashion/apparel retail operations.

- Strong experience managing large multi-store COCO networks.

- Excellent leadership, operational, and analytical skills.

- High willingness to travel across South India.
