We are looking for a senior SEO leader to drive organic growth across a large and complex digital ecosystem, covering Technical SEO, Local SEO, Content Strategy, Structured Data and AI Search.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the overall organic growth and SEO strategy across multiple digital properties

- Drive Technical SEO, including crawlability, indexation, site architecture, JavaScript rendering and Core Web Vitals

- Own Local SEO and Google Business Profile strategy across multiple locations

- Build and execute AI Search strategies across AIO, GEO and AEO

- Drive Structured Data, Entity SEO, content authority and optimisation

- Measure organic performance and work closely with Engineering, Content, Analytics and Marketing teams

- Lead and manage SEO teams and external partners

What were looking for:

- 13 years of experience in SEO / Organic Growth

- Experience managing large, complex websites and multi-location SEO

- Strong Technical SEO and analytics expertise

- Hands-on experience with AI Search Optimisation AIO, GEO & AEO

- Expertise in GA4, Google Search Console and tools such as Semrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Botify or similar

- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
