Role Overview
We are looking for an ambitious AGM / Senior Manager - Consumer Health Products to lead category growth, drive P&L ownership, and scale omnichannel distribution. This role blends product strategy, category management, and sales leadership-ideal for professionals who thrive at the intersection of healthcare, FMCG, and digital commerce.
Core Responsibilities
Revenue & Growth Ownership
- Manage a - 300+ Cr annual revenue portfolio, scaling business from - 200 Cr - 300 Cr+.
- Drive sales targets, margins, and category profitability across consumer health products.
Product Strategy & Lifecycle Management
- Develop and roll out competitive consumer health offerings (preventive health packages, wellness solutions, digital bundles).
- Conduct market research and consumer insights for new product launches, pricing, and positioning.
Omnichannel Distribution
- Expand adoption across offline channels (COCO, FOFO, field sales, distribution networks) and online platforms (D2C, marketplaces, OTT, digital health apps).
- Strengthen digital commerce share while enhancing traditional trade.
Go-To-Market & Category Expansion
- Design and execute GTM strategies for tier-1/2/3 cities.
- Build strategic partnerships with healthcare, FMCG, and lifestyle brands.
Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead and scale a cross-functional salesforce (field + digital + distribution).
- Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Operations, and IT for product adoption and seamless execution.
