Roles & Responsibilities:
- Direct 360-degree marketing for commercial portfolio, driving growth and brand value through strategic campaigns across ATL, BTL, digital, and social media.
- Top-of-Mind awareness and innovative go-to-market strategies
- Manage budgets, analyze market trends, and spearhead performance marketing with lead generation engines
- Creation of websites, brochures, ads, project renders, scale models, AVs, and walkthroughs to elevate project branding and communication.
- Create sales and leasing presentations, brochures, AVs, and digital content.
- Manage media planning across print, outdoor, and digital platforms.
- Lead VR/AR experiences and 3D model creation for sales galleries.
- Oversee digital campaigns, social media visibility, and influencer partnerships.
- Plan events and activations with key partners to boost engagement.
- Enhance revenue through mall OOH media, BTL space, and leasing support.
- Launch and execute events and promotions for key festivals and campaigns.
- Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels & segments.
- Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration.
NOTE: Must have exposure to NCR markets, experience in the launch phase of commercial and retail setups, and a developer background.
