Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Learning & Development professional to lead and manage training initiatives.

The role involves identifying skill gaps, designing and executing training programs, and fostering a culture of continuous learning across the organization.

Ideal candidates will have a strong background in L&D within the Textile, FMCG, or Manufacturing sector and possess excellent leadership, communication, and facilitation skills.

This is a strategic role based at our Corporate Office in Tirupur, Tamil Nadu, offering career growth in a reputed textile brand.

Primary Roles and Responsibilities:

- Design and implement effective learning strategies and programs aligned with business objectives.

- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) across departments and levels.

- Develop leadership development programs and functional skill-building modules.

- Manage end-to-end training lifecycle planning, execution, feedback, and ROI measurement.

- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners for training interventions.

- Drive digital learning and e-learning initiatives.

- Maintain training calendars, documentation, and MIS reports.

- Ensure compliance with statutory training requirements (e.g., POSH, EHS, etc.)

- Mentor and guide in-house trainers and facilitators.

- Foster a culture of continuous learning and performance improvement across the organization.

Required Knowledge:

- Content Creation and Curriculum Design

- Training Metrics, Analytics, and Reporting

- Vendor and External Trainer Management

- Multilingual Communication in Training Context

- Training Lifecycle Management

- Statutory and Compliance Training (e.g., POSH, EHS)

- Functional and Behavioural Training Modules

Education: Masters in HR.
