AGM / Senior Manager - Ferro Alloys

Role Overview:

We are seeking an accomplished and results-driven AGM / Senior Manager - Ferro Alloys with 13-15 years of extensive experience to lead our critical Ferro Alloys operations in Jaipur. This pivotal role involves overseeing the entire production lifecycle, from raw material management to final product dispatch, ensuring optimal operational efficiency, stringent quality control, and robust cost management. The incumbent will work closely with cross-functional teams including R&D, procurement, sales, and senior leadership, driving strategic initiatives and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Your leadership will directly impact our market competitiveness, product innovation, and overall profitability by ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality Ferro Alloys products that meet global standards and customer demands.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and optimize Ferro Alloys production operations, ensuring adherence to schedules, safety protocols, and stringent quality standards for market competitiveness and customer satisfaction.

- Implement robust cost management strategies across the production lifecycle, identifying opportunities for savings, enhancing resource utilization, and improving overall financial performance.

- Establish and enforce stringent quality control protocols, ensuring all Ferro Alloys products meet or exceed industry specifications, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations.

- Drive efficient and safe production processes, managing resources, capacity planning, and operational workflows to meet demand while minimizing waste and downtime.

- Spearhead strategic projects related to plant upgrades, process improvements, and new product development within the Ferro Alloys domain, from conception to successful implementation.

- Champion continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies like Lean or Six Sigma to enhance operational efficiency, reduce variability, and optimize resource utilization across all production stages.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated deep expertise in Ferro Alloys manufacturing processes, including smelting, refining, and material handling, coupled with a strong understanding of metallurgical principles.

- Proven capability in production planning, execution, and resource management, ensuring seamless operations and achievement of production targets.

- Exceptional leadership abilities to mentor, motivate, and manage large, diverse teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

- Strong analytical acumen for cost analysis, budgeting, and financial forecasting, with a track record of implementing effective cost control measures.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and presenting complex technical information clearly.

- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Metallurgical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related technical field from a reputable institution.

- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced manufacturing environment based in Jaipur, demonstrating hands-on operational leadership and problem-solving capabilities.
