Job Purpose:
- Lead the design, implementation and support of SAP Finance and Controlling (FICO) solution for the division's global business.
- Provide techno-functional expertise in the Finance area covering SAP FICO, SAP Funds Management (FM) and SAP Investment Management and Project Systems (IMPS).
- Partner with the Accounts, Costing, Procurement, Production, Logistics, Sales to deliver quantifiable business benefits through process improvements, automation, continuous improvements.
- Lead the SAP FICO deployment at domestic and overseas units, integration with Oracle Hyperion for business MIS and financial consolidation.
- Be the subject matter expert on SAP Finance processes and evangelize best practices.
- Provide support, query handling and required data for management audit and statutory audit processes.
Requirement:
- Strong SAP FICO techno - functional expertise is a must
- Strong Finance IT implementation and project management expertise is a must
- S4 HANA implementation and SAP cloud ecosystem experience is a must
- Good people management skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering results
- Forms partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Related Education & Experience:
- Certified Chartered Accountant (CA) is a must
- SAP certification in SAP FICO is is a must
- Proven experience in leading, mentoring and coordinating work of a team in all aspects of analysis and support to successful outcomes.
- Work experience of 10-15 years in business process analysis, major computer systems implementations, change management
