Responsible for leading sales of sugar and allied products across channels (B2B, B2C, institutional, and specialty packaged products), ensuring revenue growth, market expansion, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Channel Sales: Manage large sugar volumes via agents in UP & Maharashtra; strengthen channel partner network; monitor pricing & competition.
- Institutional Sales: Handle B2B sales of sulphitation & refined grades sugar & ethanol; align quality with client requirements; own pan-India key accounts.
- Specialty Product Sales: Drive sales across General Trade, Modern Trade, E-Commerce & HoReCa; lead Specialty Division; ensure supply chain efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Business/Commerce/Marketing
