We are currently looking for a dynamic and result-driven professional for an AGM - Sales Strategy role in the Residential Real Estate domain (Mumbai).
This role is ideal for someone with 5+ years of experience in Sales Strategy, Business Intelligence, and Residential Business Planning, who can contribute to driving business growth and strategic decision-making.
Key Focus Areas:
- Development of mid-term and long-term business strategies to drive sales growth & revenue
- Market research, competitor benchmarking, and pricing intelligence
- Revenue management, cash flow projections & budgeting
- Performance management and incentive scorecard development
- AOP planning, activation strategies & campaign execution
- Sales & marketing alignment for business execution
- Market feasibility studies and new opportunity identification
- Business intelligence inputs for product planning & innovation
- CRM / SFDC adoption, analytics, and reporting
Ideal Profile:
- MBA / PGDBM or equivalent qualification
- 5+ years of relevant experience in Sales Strategy / Business Intelligence / Residential Real Estate
- Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel & PowerPoint expertise
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management & presentation skills
- Strong strategic thinking and execution mindset
