KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct research, data analysis and competitor benchmarking thereby developing strategic initiatives for the residential business.
- Revenue Management, Cash flow projections & budgeting basis outstanding collectibles.
- Active Performance Management & developing an incentive score card.
- Activation preparation across markets in line with AOP.
- Creating Promotions & schemes basis project life cycle & lead analysis.
- Formulating & interfacing across sales & marketing teams in operationalizing on the AOP.
- Carrying out market intelligence as an input to Pricing & Campaign thought.
Mid-Term Business Impact Areas:
- Charting out clear KPIs across roles & responsibilities in the Sales & Marketing Function as well as an LnD Calendar for the team.
- Analyzing & studying new market feasibility and identifying potential growth opportunities.
- Marketing Research as an input for product planning & product innovation.
- Formulating mid to long-term business integration strategy with trade across markets.
- Develop SFDC further to cover channel partner and customer modules and conduct SFDC/SAP implementation, adoption & training.
- Competitive Media & spends tracking, conduct Market Intelligence as an input to Pricing & Campaign thought.
