Assistant General Manager - Sales - Real Estate

Description:

- The AGM - Real Estate Sales plays a strategic leadership role in driving revenue growth, strengthening sales systems, and managing multi-project or multi-city sales portfolios.

- This role is responsible for setting sales strategy, scaling high-performing teams, and ensuring sustained business growth across residential and/or commercial real estate verticals.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth:


- Define and execute sales strategies to achieve long-term revenue and profitability goals.

- Drive sales performance across multiple real estate projects and locations.

- Establish and optimize sales processes, channel strategies, and pricing models.

- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.

Leadership & Team Management:


- Lead, mentor, and scale multi-project sales teams, including Sales Managers and channel partners.

- Set clear KPIs, review performance, and ensure consistent achievement of targets.

- Foster a high-performance, customer-focused sales culture.

Financial Planning & Forecasting:


- Own sales forecasting, budgeting, and pipeline management.

- Analyze sales data, conversion ratios, and ROI to improve decision-making.

- Collaborate with finance and leadership teams to align revenue goals with business plans.

Stakeholder & Market Management:


- Work closely with marketing, CRM, legal, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution.

- Build strong relationships with key channel partners, brokers, and strategic stakeholders.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies across projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications:


- 12-18 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably across residential and/or commercial segments.

- Proven experience managing multi-project or multi-city sales portfolios.

- Strong financial acumen, forecasting, and revenue planning skills.

- Deep understanding of real estate markets, pricing dynamics, and customer behavior.

- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Data-driven mindset with experience using CRM and sales analytics tools
