- Explore and develop new business opportunities in Europe for pharmaceutical formulations
- Manage existing clients and expand sales through distributors, partners, and licensing models.
- Handle end-to-end business discussions including commercial proposals, agreements, and execution.
- Coordinate with internal teams (RA, QA, Supply Chain, R&D) for product submissions and client deliverables.
- Stay updated on EU market trends, regulations, and competitor landscape.
Candidate Profile:
- 8-15 years of relevant experience in International Business Development in the pharma industry, with specific exposure to Europe.
- Strong track record in closing international deals and managing commercial partnerships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Understanding of EU pharma regulatory framework is preferred.
Educational Qualification: B. Pharm / M. Pharm / B.Sc. / M.Sc. with MBA (preferred)
