We are hiring for an exciting opportunity with a leading real estate organization for the role of Assistant General Manager - Residential Sales.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive residential sales and revenue generation for assigned projects.

- Lead and manage sales teams to achieve business targets.

- Handle channel partners, brokers, and direct sales activities.

- Develop and execute sales strategies for market expansion.

- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high conversion ratios.

- Monitor competition and market trends in the Hyderabad real estate market.

- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for seamless sales operations and customer experience.

Candidate Requirements:

- 8-15 years of experience in Residential Real Estate Sales.

- Strong exposure to team handling and target-driven sales environment.

- Experience in channel sales, direct sales, and business development.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Strong network in the Hyderabad real estate market preferred.

- MBA preferred.
