Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct internal reviews and audits across all Units/locations to ensure strict adherence to quality standards and established procedures.
- Analyze complex data to identify significant trends and opportunities for continuous improvement in
processes and products.
- Help build and champion a data-based problem-solving and decision-making culture throughout the organization.
- Train and support various teams on quality improvement processes and methodologies.
- Assist in the preparation of the quality manual, supplier manual, departmental procedures, work instructions, and develop relevant formats.
- Prepare and submit detailed weekly/monthly reports, develop key metrics, and analyze trends data to identify and prioritize continuous improvement opportunities.
Requirements:
- Strong working knowledge of Power BI and other tools for comprehensive data analysis.
- Extensive experience in using various quality tools, including GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing), QC tools, and VDA 6.
- Strong working knowledge of SPC (Statistical Process Control), MSA (Measurement System Analysis),
FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis), PPAP (Production Part Approval Process), and APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning).
- Good understanding of manufacturing processes, including casting, case housing, and Material Science (Steel).
- Excellent spoken and written English skills and strong interpersonal abilities
