Assistant General Manager - Proposal & Marketing/Strategy - CBG

Job Responsibilities:

- Proposal Management: Develop and present technical and commercial proposals, ensuring they meet client specifications and are competitive.

- Marketing Strategy: Create and implement marketing strategies to promote CBG industry offerings, identify market opportunities, and generate leads. Have connections in OMC's and Government offices, updated with recent developments around the industry

- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary contact throughout the compete sales funnel.

- Technical Expertise : Know-how of equipment Sizing, basic design and calculations for CBG on different feedstocks, understanding of technical drawings,

- Collaboration: Work with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and provide regular updates to management.

- Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the sugar industry, driving growth and expanding market share.

- Regular visits to existing clients and new clients

- Regular visits to all sugar and distillery for CBG RFQ and generate other leads also Proposal management, cost optimisation and tendering processes experience

- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets and business objectives.

- Negotiation & Contract Management: Lead negotiations with clients, ensuring favourable terms and conditions that align with the company's objectives.

- Reporting & Analysis: Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.

Key Skills:

- Strong knowledge of the CBG / Renewable energy industry.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Ability to manage multiple proposals simultaneously.

- Strategic thinking focused on growth and client satisfaction.

- Travel required

- Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.

- Leadership skills with experience in managing teams and driving business growth
