Candidate must have an experience in the following areas:
Chhattisgarh, Bihar, Jharkhand and J&K
- Candidates must have experience of team handling and have a good business command on government departments mentioned above.
- Experience required: Minimum 10+ yrs (good leadership exposure is must)
- AGM Project sales involves developing and executing sales strategies for projects, managing client relationships, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure project success and client satisfaction.
- Key responsibilities include identifying new sales opportunities, preparing proposals and technical presentations, negotiating contracts, and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities for sales projects.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Prepare and present sales proposals to potential clients.
- Coordinate project activities and ensure timely delivery.
- Manage project budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align client needs with company offerings.
- Responsible to attend events, trade shows and trade association meetings to facilitate networking opportunities
- Reaches out to Industry Business Group partners such as contracts, legal, finance, to secure resources to work on bid response
