Assistant General Manager - Project Finance/Corporate Finance

Job Description:

- Looking for AGM - Project Finance / Corporate Finance with one of my client based in Delhi.

- Managing the Project finance & Treasury function with expert knowledge in the field of Treasury and Project Finance to raise, monitor, plan & execute the area of infusion & management of funds through market products, stakeholders management to ensure liquidity, fulfilment of regulatory requirements, ensuring Corporate Governance, Insurance and Risk management.

Project Finance:

- Raising of debt / non-fund facilities for meeting new capex through different market product from both domestic and international debt lines/capital market by minimizing the total cost of debt and ballooned/bullet repayment structure through High Yield Foreign currency bonds, INR domestic Bonds (NCDs), Lease finance, Project loan, Short Term loan etc. by ensuring proper documentation in the form of Financing documents .

Working Capital Management:

- Accessing the working capital requirements on daily/weekly/monthly basis by analyzing requirements of funds through inputs received from other user departments & stakeholders in priority of their disbursement.

Regulatory requirements:

- Ensure supply of accurate information with respect to regulatory requirements under different scenarios.

- Coordination with Statutory/Independent auditors for certification of respective information for submission to Regulatory authorities.

Treasury & Fund Management:

- Ensuring effective investment of funds in market products in adherence to Treasury policy approved by Board of Directors and as amended from time to time.

Stakeholder Management:

- Regular interaction with stakeholders on

Credit Rating Agencies:

- Interacting and providing required details to both Domestic and International Credit rating agencies for clarification on future prospects including raising of fresh debt of new capex and regular upcoming during annual assessment and as required from time to time.

- Share business plan and explain the various risk and mitigation strategies.

- Board presentations: Preparation of Agenda items for Board members on Project Finance and Treasury issues with recommendations and way forward.

Educational Qualifications:

- Chartered Accountant/MBA from reputed institution

- Commerce Graduate (B.Com)

- Good understanding of SAP ERP, Ind AS and Banking laws, SEBI Compliances

- Effective communication and Analytical Ability

Relevant and total years of Experience:

- 11-15 years of experience with at least 5-7 years of experience in financial analysis, debt servicing & liaising with banks/ financial institutions, regulatory authorities & Credit Rating Agencies
