- Candidate must have an experience in the following areas:
- Chhattisgarh, Bihar, Jharkhand and J&K
- Candidates must have experience of team handling and have a good business command on government departments mentioned above.
- Experience required: Minimum 10+ yrs (good leadership exposure is must)
- AGM Project sales involves developing and executing sales strategies for projects, managing client relationships, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure project success and client satisfaction. Key responsibilities include identifying new sales opportunities, preparing proposals and technical presentations, negotiating contracts, and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities for sales projects.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Prepare and present sales proposals to potential clients.
- Coordinate project activities and ensure timely delivery.
- Manage project budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align client needs with company offerings.
- Responsible to attend events, trade shows and trade association meetings to facilitate networking opportunities
- Reaches out to Industry Business Group partners such as contracts, legal, finance, to secure resources to work on bid response
