Assistant General Manager - Pricing - BPO (5-15 yrs)
Duties and responsibilities:
Pricing Strategy Development:
- Design and implement pricing frameworks for new and existing services across payer and provider segments. Ensure alignment with business objectives and market competitiveness.
Deal Structuring & Commercial Support:
- Partner with sales, finance, and delivery teams to structure client deals, including pricing models, contract terms, and financial risk assessments.
Financial Modelling & Scenario Analysis:
- Build and maintain robust pricing models to evaluate profitability, ROI, and sensitivity across various commercial scenarios.
Client Proposals & RFP Support:
- Lead pricing inputs for RFPs, RFIs, and client proposals. Ensure timely and accurate pricing submissions that reflect strategic positioning.
Market Intelligence & Benchmarking:
- Conduct competitive pricing analysis and market benchmarking to inform pricing decisions and identify opportunities for differentiation.
Governance & Compliance:
- Ensure pricing practices comply with internal policies, legal standards, and client contractual obligations.
Commercial Analytics & Insights:
- Track pricing performance, win/loss trends, and deal profitability. Provide insights to leadership for continuous improvement.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with finance, legal, operations, and sales teams to align pricing strategies with business goals and operational capabilities.
Team Leadership (if applicable):
- Lead and mentor a team of pricing analysts and commercial strategists. Foster a culture of analytical rigor and strategic thinking.
Minimum Education
Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, Business, Economics, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
Experience: 3-12 years of experience (based on position) in pricing, commercial finance, or strategic planning roles. Strong Preference for Pricing experience in BPM ( Voice and Non Voice)
Skills:
- Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
- Deep understanding of pricing methodologies and commercial models
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and pricing tools
- Experience with contract structuring and client negotiations
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
