Assistant General Manager/Plant Head - OPS - Plastic Injection Moulding - Auto Ancillary

Role Overview:

The candidate will be responsible for leading overall plant operations, including Moulding, Assembly, Maintenance, and Toolroom activities in a large automotive manufacturing setup.

Key Responsibilities:

- Responsible for Moulding, Assembly, Maintenance & Toolroom operations

- Daily manufacturing planning and execution

- Ensure process quality and on-time delivery

- Improve manufacturing cost structure and capacity utilisation

- Drive plant OEE improvement and productivity enhancement

- Ensure customer quality targets and a Zero Defect culture

- Reduction in internal PPM and manufacturing losses

- Team engagement, absenteeism reduction, and manpower management

- Implementation of World Class Manufacturing practices

Candidate Requirements:

- Experience in Automotive Interior Plastic Components manufacturing

- Hands-on exposure to Injection Moulding machines (10001500 Ton)

- Minimum 18+ years of manufacturing operations experience

- Experience in handling 300+ manpower

- Strong exposure to production, maintenance, quality, and operational excellence

- Stable career track record preferred
